FAQ

All of our rentals will be delivered to your home and setup between 8AM and 10AM. Occasionally, we may offer to set up the evening before your rental at no additional cost to you. We will pickup the equipment between 6PM and 8PM. This means you are getting a MINIMUM of 8 hours, possibly as long as 12 hours for every single rental! Our two day specials are dropped off in the morning on the first day, and picked up in the evening on the second day in the same time windows as the one day rentals.

If these windows are not convenient for you, please contact us prior to booking your reservation so we can find a schedule to better accommodate your needs!

We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking in order to reserve your chosen inflatable on your chosen day(s). The remaining balance will be due upon delivery. We accept all major credit cards here on our site for booking, and we can take card, check, or cash for the remaining balance when we deliver your inflatable. In the interest of serving your needs the best that we possibly can, we are more than happy to discuss other ways to pay the deposit if using a card on our site is not a convenient option for you. Just contact us prior to booking your reservation and we'll get you sorted!

We are fully licensed and insured in accordance with Wisconsin state law. We are able to provide our services to any residential location, and we can also set up in public places like parks! Due to additional insurance requirements, events in parks and public locations may be subject to a small additional fee. If you need to cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your event, we will refund your entire deposit, no questions asked. If you need to cancel within 7 days of the event, we will allow you to apply the deposit to another rental anytime within the next year.
